- You must provide a valid e-mail address when you submit your application. All communication directed from the Admission’s Office to international applicants is conducted via e-mail.

You must provide your permanent address in your home country. This information is required even if you currently reside in the U.S.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Online Application Form
In filling out the application, you will be required to upload the following:
- Copy of Passport
- Passport Photo (2“ X 2”)
- Record of prior education:
- Undergraduates Program Applicants: Copy of official high school diploma and transcript in ENGLISH
- Graduate or Certificate Program Applicants: Copy of bachelor’s degree and transcript in ENGLISH
- Copy of English Proficiency Test Scores (IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, ITEP, Cambridge, TOEIC or Pearson) or English Medium of Instruction (MOI)
- Copy of Bank Statement(s) of a financial sponsor/sponsors
- The sponsor(s) must sign the online financial affidavit which is part of the application
- Completion of General Online Learning Pre-Assessment (70% or higher required)
- *COS/ Transfer: If you are an applicant seeking to change your status from a non-F-1 visa to an F-1 visa, please upload a scanned copy of your current US visa OR If you are transferring from a degree-granting university in the US, please attach your current I-20 and visa on passport.
- Complete your application and pay $90 foreign transcripts evaluation fee (non-refundable).
*COS/ Transfer:
- The acceptance letter along with detailed instructions for SEVIS transfer and deposit payment will be sent once the admission decision is made within 5 business days of the application completion.
- Once your SEVIS record is released to PSU and the deposit, which is applicable to the first quarter tuition, is paid, your transfer pending I-20 will be issued.

- INCOMPLETE AND UNACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS WILL DELAY THE ADMISSION PROCESS.
- THE APPLICATION REMAINS “INCOMPLETE” BEFORE THE APPLICATION FEE IS RECEIVED.
- OFFICAL NOTARIZED COPIES MUST BE CLEAR AND GOOD QUALITY
- IF ANY DOCUMENT IS ISSUED IN THE APLICANT’S NATIVE LANGUAGE, PLEASE PROVIDE BOTH THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT AND TRANSLATED VERSION INTO ENGLISH. TRANSLATED DOCUMENTS MUST BE NOTARIZED. IF DOCUMENTS ARE ISSUED FROM THE INSTITUTION IN ENGLISH, STUDENTS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENT IN THEIR NATIVE LANGUAGE.
- PSU HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUEST ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION; SUBMISSION OF FABRICATED OR FALSE DOCUMENTS WILL RESULT IN MIMMEDIATE DISMISSAL OF THE APLICAITON AND WILL DISQUALIFY THE INDIVIDUAL FROM APPLYING TO PSU.
- ALL DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED FOR ADMISSION PURPOSES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF PACIFIC STATES UNIVERSITY AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT. PLEASE MAKE PERSONAL COPIES BEFORE YOU SUBMIT AN OFFICIAL COPY OF YOUR DIPLOMA. DO NOT SEND THE ORIGINAL DIPLOMA
