Applicants must provide a recent bank statement that meets the following criteria:
- The account holder's name on the bank statement must match the name of the financial sponsor.
- The bank statement must be dated within six months of the date of application.
- Documentation of property ownership is not accepted as proof of financial support.

Please note that the submitted bank statement must reflect at least the minimum amount required for one academic year, as specified in the program fee table, in addition to any applicable dependent expenses. If the applicant is supported by multiple sponsors, each sponsor must submit a separate bank statement along with a signed Financial Affidavit form, which is a part of the online application form.
Living Expenses
The estimated living expenses are based on minimum expected costs and may vary depending on the housing, transportation, and other personal lifestyle choices made by the student.
Student Health Insurance
PSU does not provide health insurance for international students; however, it is highly recommended that students obtain adequate health insurance coverage during their studies.
