To PSU Faculty,

Keeping adjunct faculty connected to the campus community is a challenge at any institution. As Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, I am committed to finding creative solutions to help faculty stay informed of campus activities and provide opportunities for faculty development, especially in the areas of teaching and learning. This goal of this message is to address three (3) areas:

1. the Draft PSU faculty handbook2017

3. Specifically, ephasize the required Supplemental Term Report: Per PSU Policy #404, at the end of each term the instructor is required to submit five (5) items:

• Attendance records
• Grades submitted
• Syllabus
• Copies of midterm/final with answer key
• Reflective summary of the term from the instructors perspective
