Attend Student Orientation and Review PSU Catalog
The Student Orientation is typically held on the third week of the quarter. New students are highly recommended to attend as it is designed to familiarize them with campus facilities, policies and procedures, financial aid, faculty, administrators, and staff. Register for Classes during Pre-Registration Period
To avoid any fees, register for your classes during Pre-Registration period which is typically the final examination week of the quarter. Students can register online, check enrolled class schedule, grades, and tuition balance through Student Portal. Request your username by emailing the Office of Student Services.

Use Bookmark or Favorite on the internet browser to save PSU’s website and make it your main study guide. You can check the offered class schedule, academic calendar, and get updated for news and events. Like us on PSU Facebook to get updated news and events and share with your friends.
Keep Your Eyes on Any Contacts From PSU
Regularly check your email or postal mailbox as you will be informed about news, events, or other information from PSU. You must inform PSU about any changes in your personal information, including the change of address, email, or phone number. Fill out the Change of Personal Information Form and submit to the Student Services Office.
Apply for Student ID, Health Insurance, and Bus Pass Letter
- Student ID – Fill out Student ID Request Form and pay $15.00 at the Front Office
- Health Insurance (Optional) – Visit International Student Insurance to look for a plan suitable for your needs.
- Bus Pass Letter (Optional) – Fill out Student Services Request Form and pay $10.00 (One time fee)
